M&G AI Solutions is a subsidiary of Maps & Globe Specialist Distributor Sdn Bhd. We are responsible for personal data collected through mgais.com.

If you book a discovery meeting, we collect your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, job title, industry, website, country, the service you are asking about, your timeline, and the business challenge you describe.

If you request an AI visibility audit, we collect your company name, company website, industry, main products or services, target markets, target customer types, your name, business email, and WhatsApp number if you choose to give it. We also record whether you agreed to this policy and whether you asked for follow-up messages, with the time of that choice.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the contact details and the content of that conversation so we can reply.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a discovery conversation, prepare an AI visibility check, send the result to you, and keep a record of the request.

We use your details for occasional follow-up about AI visibility and related services only if you tick that option. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

The audit looks at publicly available information about the business and website you name, including how AI search tools may describe that business and which competitors they may mention.

To prepare and deliver the check, we may pass the details you submit to service providers that host email, run the workflow, store a lead record, or help review public web information. Those providers may process the data outside Malaysia. We share only what is needed for that work.

We keep enquiry and audit records while we are responding and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about that request. We then delete them unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

If you opted in to follow-up, we keep your contact details until you withdraw that consent.

When a form is submitted, the server briefly records a network address and a protected copy of the email address to limit repeated submissions. That record stays in memory on the server and is not used for marketing.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for follow-up messages. Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may also ask us to stop or limit processing where that right applies.

Email contact@mgais.com with your request. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not track you across other sites.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and are available only to people who need them to respond to you. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies when you submit a form.
